Do I need to install anything?

No. It runs on WhatsApp Business through the official channel. Your customers keep writing to the same number they already know.

What if it says something wrong?

That's what the test week is for — you talk to it before your customers do, and corrections are unlimited at that stage. After go-live you get 30 days of included adjustments, and it never promises anything you've put on the "never say" list.

What if you can't deliver?

Delivery is 7 business days from your intake. If we can't deliver a working receptionist on your number within 14 business days, you get a full refund. No forms, no arguing.

Is there a monthly fee?

The $297 setup is one time and includes 30 days of adjustments. If you later want ongoing tuning and priority support, the optional Care Plan is $99/month: ongoing tuning, new intents added monthly, priority support and a monthly performance report. Cancel anytime — just ask on WhatsApp after your setup.
