ADHD Focus Bundle: what is inside, who it is for and how to use it

ADHD Focus Bundle is a digital product we publish and sell from our own store. This page exists so you can read what is actually inside before you decide, instead of buying from a headline.

Everything below is taken from the product sheet on the store page: same description, same price, same files. The price is USD 16.99, paid once, and the download is issued right after payment.

What is inside

Taken from the product sheet on our store page, unchanged:

A simple system built for how your brain actually works — not against it. For anyone with ADHD who wants to plan without the overwhelm. This system works with your brain — low friction, no shame, just forward motion. Print 30 copies for a month, or place one in a dry-erase sleeve for reusable daily use. Every morning (or when overwhelmed) empty your head onto page 3. Use the Task Breaker (page 4) to split a daunting task into 3 small steps. Fill in your quick wins, body-doubling partners, and rewards. Close the day with page 9 — three short prompts.

What's inside this download:

• ADHD_Daily_Planner_CESCAC.pdf (11 page PDF)
• ADHD_Friendly_Focus_Planner.pdf (17 page PDF)
• Quick_Start_Guide.pdf (6 page PDF)

What it covers:

• Print & prepare
• Start with the brain dump
• Pick your top 3
• Break one big task
• Use your Dopamine Menu
• End with reflection
• Get it all out of your head
• Sunday (or whenever) — low-friction version
• Inbox zero (or just clear the top 10)
• Laundry: wash, dry, put away (or just start a load)

Instant download after payment, no subscription: all you need is a PDF reader and any spreadsheet app (Excel, Google Sheets or LibreOffice).

Who it is for

• Readers who recognise the situation described in the summary above
• Anyone who prefers a one-time purchase over a subscription
• People who want files they keep, not access that expires

How you actually use it

• Buy once on the store page and download the files immediately
• Keep the files locally, or print the parts you use most
• Come back to the same download link when we publish an update

What it is not

This is reference and template material, not a service and not personalised advice. It does not replace a professional who knows your specific situation, and nothing here is a promise of a result. Where the description above states a scope or a disclaimer, that scope is the whole of what you get.

Questions we get

Bottom line

If what you read above matches what you were looking for, the store page has the full sheet, the file list and the checkout. If it does not, that is a useful answer too.
